FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What does CDS mean?

CDS stands for Custom Dial System. A compatible elevation dial can be marked for the trajectory of a particular rifle, cartridge and load, reducing the need to calculate elevation holdover in the field.

Is a custom ballistic dial supplied with the scope?

The scope is CDS compatible, but Leupold lists the BDC dial as not included. Custom-dial eligibility and ordering arrangements should be confirmed with Leupold or the Australian distributor.

Is the reticle illuminated?

No. This model uses a non-illuminated second-focal-plane Duplex reticle.
