Leupold VX-Freedom 2-7x33 Rimfire MOA

DESCRIPTION

The Leupold VX-Freedom 2-7x33 Rimfire MOA is a compact rimfire riflescope with a 60-yard focus setting and a purpose-designed Rimfire MOA reticle. Its broad field of view at low power makes it convenient for close targets, while 7x magnification provides useful precision at typical rimfire distances.

The Rimfire MOA reticle incorporates fine one-MOA hash marks and 25 MOA of measurement without being tied to one particular calibre or load. Lightweight construction makes it well suited to sporting and hunting rimfire rifles.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Is the Rimfire MOA reticle calibrated for one cartridge?

No. The reticle is not calibre-specific. Its MOA references can be matched to the actual trajectory of the chosen rifle and ammunition.

Why is the scope focused at 60 yards?

The shorter fixed parallax distance is better matched to the ranges commonly encountered with rimfire rifles than the 150-yard setting used on many centrefire scopes.

Has this model been discontinued?

Yes. Leupold lists part #174179 as discontinued, although remaining dealer stock may still be available.
